02 - Unroll the puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface with the long edge facing you.
03 - Brush the entire surface evenly with melted butter.
04 - Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
05 - Starting from the long edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
06 - Cut the log evenly into 12 slices.
07 - Place the swirls flat on the baking sheet spaced apart.
08 - Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over each swirl.
09 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
10 - Allow to cool slightly before serving.
