01 - Add milk, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla bean seeds or extract, and pudding mix (if using) to a blender. Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Skip this step if using store-bought whipped cream.
03 - Pour the frappuccino into two chilled glasses. Top each with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately with a straw.
