01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the brown sugar has dissolved.
02 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften and fully absorb the liquid, creating a creamy texture.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
04 - Divide the overnight oats between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh berries or sliced banana, chopped nuts, and chia or flaxseeds as desired. Serve chilled.
